Duties
- Responsible for restaurant, bar and conference catering on your duty
- Personal and professional service in the restaurant, bar and at the meeting rooms
- Preparations for meals and events, including set-up in the restaurant and meeting rooms, as well as subsequent clean-up
- Responsible for the department in the Restaurant Manager's absence
- Training of new colleagues
